Wonderful gardens designed by Vita Sackville West. A lovely place to while away the afternoon - make a day of it and stop at The Three Chimneys pub for lunch near Biddenden.

The beautiful National Trust Sissinghurst Castle Gardens and Estate are within easy walking distance of our Cottage. The world famous gardens were designed by Vita Sackville-West and are stunning throughout the year. You can spend a whole day at the estate, enjoying the woodland and orchards, vegetable garden and the castle. There is a wonderful restaurant and gift shop. The wood fired pizza van also serves pizzas in the picnic area using fresh ingredients from the vegetable plot.
