Good pub food, lots of beers to choose from and a great place to sit in the sun and watch the inexperienced punters punt for the first time on the river. Priceless entertainment for free.

Grab a drink and sit on the mill pond (avoid cow pats) you could also save money and buy your own drinks from the shop and sit here ;)

Good food - lovely setting - take your drink out and sit and watch the punting and look at the view across the river meadows - go punting either along the backs to see the colleges or to grantchester

This is a great bar but very small - the real draw is that you can take your beer outside to sit on the wall by the weir or on the grass on Sheep's Green opposite. If you're lucky you will get to say hello to the cows that makethsi common land their home!
