At the very least, pay the $5 to take the elevator to the top of the livery memorial; it has an AMAZING view of Kansas City.
This is the only National Museum to World War One. It is Smithsonian quality. If you are interested in history, It is a must-see. Plan on 4-6 hours. Be sure to take in the KC skyline by going up the elevator to the top of the Liberty Memoiral Tower.
The National World War One Museum and Memorial is a stunning and unforgettable voyage into the history of America's Greatest War. The museum grounds also offer some of the best views of downtown Kansas City!
