South Yarmouth's biggest beach. This Nantucket sound beach, much like Seagull Beach, has a huge parking lot, a snack bar, facilities, and an opportunity to walk for miles along the shore. It rests against Bass River to the east, which separates it from West Dennis Beach.

This ocean beach on Nantucket Sound is right at the mouth of Bass River. It has lots of sand, a snack bar, drop-in volley ball, a fishing pier, and plenty of boats passing by as there is a boat launch on the river. There are picnic tables, so if you get hungry and you don’t see anything inviting at the snack bar, you can always bring your own food, or have something delivered from Seafood Sam’s, Toly’s Pizza, or almost any local establishment.
