This park is at the end of Cape Arago Hwy, sits high on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Look to the south you might spot Bandon Dunes and Merchants Beach. There are two coves to explore, the north cove and south cove. North cove is closed in spring for wildlife but the south cove is open and it's…
It's a bit of a steep trail down to either north or south cove, but the beaches won't disappoint.
Botanical garden, ocean viewing, hiking and nice park Christmas lights in the botanical gardens from Thanksgiving to New Years Eve. A sight you will want to see and never forget!!!

“It offers a very large estate garden with trails and beach views for the adults. There are also several large lawn areas for children to run off the “wiggles”. There is a hidden beach if you’re up for exploring. Parking is only $5. We usually spend hours here. ”

“It is a protected beach that is generally shielded from the harsh summer winds. Waves are smaller than at Bastendorff and is shallow for a very long way making it great for kayaking and paddle boarding. There are picnic areas, bathrooms and a volleyball court. It is only an 8 mile drive. 👍”
