A very immersive Japanese Izakaya (where people hang out after work in Japan), their operating hour is also very Izakaya 5:30pm to 12am, location is about 20 miles from Four Corners area. The only problem is they do not take reservations, and you pretty much want to be there when they opened to get a seat, or the wait time is pretty much 1.5 hour and more.

This restaurant has the best tonkotsu ramen in town,they also offer many other dishes that you must try like the pork belly, the Skirt Steak, and the mini rice bowl. The atmosphere is great, the servers are very attentive. There are some things you must know before going to the restaurant like; the waiting time is around 40 min. to 1:30 hour, they open from 5:30-10:00, and they don't accept reservations. Also, don't forget to try their delicious matcha dessert and their amazing Godzilla cocktail with a free Godzilla toy.
