we come in at 5AM every morning and smoke a whole hog for 20 hours over hickory hardwood coals. We aren’t just BBQ... we've got some incredibly delicious smoked wings and brisket, and we make all of our sides and pies right here in-house

James Island: Their BBQ is ok...but the secret menu item that is absolutely awesome is their cheeseburger! It is a classic smash patty with shreded lettuce, pickles, and special sauce. We curbside order or drive thru when in a hurry!

The brisket is to die or to kill for. It is simply amazing, best brisket outside of Texas.
