Shop owner Allen Sklar started his business in 1978. Thirty five years later he is still there everyday in the summer to greet his old and new customers alike. Renting only top of the line Aluminum bicycles and Italian surreys, Bike World has become the benchmark of quality equipment and service in Ocean City. Located in the same location for all its history, the bike shop is a local landmark. Located at #6 Caroline Street, ocean block. We are a few steps off the boardwalk for those staying in the downtown area. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the shop. BIKE RENTALS IN OCEAN CITY MARYLAND Our bike rental shops are located at: 6 Caroline Street, 1st Street, 8th Street Boardwalk, and 18th Street Boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland. Our Caroline Street and 1st Street locations are just a few steps off the boardwalk on the ocean block. Our 8th Street and 18th Street locations are directly on the boardwalk. There is plenty of parking right in front of our bike rental shop on Caroline Street or on most of the side streets.

Been around for 35 years, so they have to being something right! Rent for an hour and ride the boardwalk in the morning ( before 10 am Mem Day -Labor Day) or rent for longer period.
