"Bertha's Baja Bistro opened in January 2018 under the operation of Chef Jose Flores. Since then, Chef Jose has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into uncharted territories of New-Mexican and All-American Cuisine. This is my neighborhood restaurant. They have great wings, burgers (try the Umami Tsunami), etc. On weekends they serve brunch and on Sundays they have an authentic Mexican menu. The posole verde is great!
