start here to access the amazing Sunset Ridge Trail up Vermont's Tallest Mountain. 4393 ft. alltrailsDOTcom much of the trail is above treeline so you get amazing views provided the weather cooperates.

Some of Vermont's best hiking and backcountry skiing. Check out Sunset Ridge Trail up to the top of Mt. Mansfield (the tallest peak in Vermont) as well as Cantilever Rock, a more moderate hike with excellent views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks.
