This is a pretty cool spot to see live music by the river in a traditional mexican neighborhood near Old Town. Sylvie and the Zippers are my favorite! The BBQ is great, too! Check their website for shows/times - www.elriobbqbar.com

An expat favourite! Rio BBQ offers a beautiful view of the river nestled in between the mountain range along with some of the best ribs in PV. The smokey rib flavour and the live entertainment makes for a perfect daytime outing.

Hollis, the owner uses local hardwood and special cuts of meat to create the most amazing barbeque served by a super friendly wait staff in a gorgeous riverside location. Hollis always has local artists performing and the brunch is amazing!!!

This is a favorite on Saturday and Sunday afternoons for music and outdoor BBQ. One needs to take a taxi or Uber here and back. It is on the River (Rio Caule). The ribs and chicken are excellent. Portions are very large.
