Station located less than 100m away from the flat. A transportation link to Eastbourne that actually has sandy beach, Lewes.

Nearest station to the flat but it's only a 15-20 minute walk from the main Brighton train station so if the train is a 15 minute wait or longer it may be worth walking (if you so wish).
