Located right next door to Oliver Clothing, E-Motion Yoga is a mission-driven studio that combines movement and spirituality to support you on your wellness journey. If you’re short on time, book a class or personal training session for an immediate physical reset and endorphin rush. If you have a little longer, one of their instructors can help you identify and work toward more specific wellness goals, in addition to creating you a blueprint for inner and outer transformation. Oh yeah, and they also carry Bkrs—pronounced “beakers,” in case you were wondering—which are quite possibly the chicest water bottles in existence.
