Host changed properties without my knowledge. I never checked in and we had to get a hotel for Friday night due to the host breaching the agreement. We spent an extra $1000 because of this last minute cancelation. We ultimately booked another Airbnb at a higher cost and inconvenience. Then the host only sent me back a partial refund. I am currently waiting to be issued a full refund from Airbnb.

Rachel called me 2 hours before my check in to say there was some type of malfunction at the first location but couldn’t explain the real reason. Then we were sent to a second location where we found that that reservation was already booked. Then, we were encouraged to cancel the trip on our end which would make us lose our entire payment even tho it was their fault. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BOOK!!!
