Great spot, quick responses from host.

Place was easy to find. Hot tub was clean and working.

Many amenities were broken and couldn't be used. There was a lack of cleaning supplies, which was a problem because when we arrived, the place was covered in dust. Apparently there was a dust storm, but I feel like it is a property owner's job to be aware of weather and accommodate. Water pressure was awful. A lot of the furniture was old and falling apart, and many of the chairs had NAILS sticking out which scratched us. There was also a bit of a fly problem. The area with hammocks also smelled of sewage.

Communication was always prompt, but responses seemed to be written by ChatGPT and never really addressed the problem. Lots of "I'll check with the team." It took asking 3 times about where cleaning supplies were to finally get the answer that there were none on site.

Such a fun house. Loved all of the games, outdoor space, and hot tub. Host was very responsive, friendly, and flexible. Close to the park entrance and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Joshua tree.

With amenities like the pool, hot tub, and close proximity to Healdsburg’s restaurants, this stay offered the best of everything. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, perfect for coffee at sunrise and wine by the fire pit at night. Inside, everything functions beautifully. The open layout, vineyard backdrop. The home feels clean, functional, and simply designed, with no clutter and plenty of space to breathe. Our favorite memories included evenings around the fire pit and mornings walking through the vineyards. It’s a home that balances privacy with convenient access to great food and wine.
