The house is on the top of Girards Hill, a short stroll to Robinson Lookout and the Wilson walking track and a nature reserve ; 15 minute walk to Lismore CBD & close to the uni. Great views of the garden from the lounge, & air conditioned comfort for the summer, & heating for winter. The flat shares a bathroom & laundry with the house owner.
