An open plan living domain houses a light-filled lounge room with flat screen TV and DVD player that seamlessly flows into a designated dining space and ultra-modern kitchen. A stylish bathroom, internal laundry and double carport complete the house, and all linen is provided for the duration of your stay.  Built by Eco housing with a 10-star energy rating, The Boardwalk also has 100mm foam installation throughout the walls, floor, and roof keeping it beautifully cool in summer and cosy in the winter months. Cooling coastal breezes are captured due to its cleverly designed position on top of the hill, so year-round comfort is obtained without the need for air-conditioning.
