Welcome to our secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. It's 50m from our house and well hidden by trees, so you'll feel very private. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

My architecturally designed spacious family home is situated on a working dairy farm. There are 4 bedrooms available. No.1 is the smallest of the 4 and the only one with no wardrobe. They are each listed separately.Can watch milking the cows or watch my horse and donkey's mow the lawn for me.I have a cattle dog and 3 cats
