Near new warm and comfy with all amenities.PLEASE NOTE that for additional guests, there is another bed room with a queen bed available at an additional charge. My home is close to restaurants, night life and public transport. Guests keep telling us how easy it is to get to Mount Maunganui beaches Tauranga central and further afield. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. NOTE kitchen closes at 8pm. Heating food in microwave OK but no cooking.
