Waitomo Caves is only 10 minutes away so it's an easy start for the first tour of the day, or not far to get home after the last tour of the day. Only an hour to Hobbiton.

Accommodation is a single room situated approximately 15m from main house and offers everything you will need for a comfortable nights stay. Continental breakfast is provided.
