Our home is on the Kuranui Hills with views across to Mt Te Aroha,3kms from the rural town of Morrinsville. Handy to Hamilton, Matamata and Cambridge, easy drive to Mystery Creek Fieldays and Hobbiton.
We built our home with attention to detail and created a seperate deluxe guest wing at the end of the house with its own entrance and carpark. Wifi, air conditioning, private luxe bathroom plus small lounge all with rural outlooks.
The shared lounge has an log fire and sunny window seat.

Private rural setting just out of Morrinsville, in the middle of our picturesque dairy farm, with stunning views across to the Kaimai Ranges.
We are only 30 minutes from Hobbiton (Matamata) and 20 minutes from Hamilton. Further afield, it is two hours to Auckland and an hour across to each coast.
The accommodation is a short drive into town with supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Our home is set on the diary farm with a large section and unexpected views over farmland.
