Your host Krista will manifest your connection with the forest, yourself and others and forage plants for your tea ceremony, as well as help inspire your creative design of the zen garden you make for home. Forest bathing is different from hiking or other forms of recreation in nature in that it occurs over short distances very slowly, allowing participants to absorb the healing properties of the forest while shedding oneself of the stresses of the hectic pace of the tamed world. Come and be one of the first to discover the more-than-human world in a way never before experienced. Other things to note Dress for comfort/weather; in winter layers, hats, mitts/boots recommended.
