The annex is two miles from Manningtree rail station with a 1-hour fast link to London and within easy access of the Suffolk coast and the beautiful beaches of North Essex coastal towns.

We are in a peaceful location but just a five minute drive from the A12/A14 Copdock interchange, on the outskirts of Ipswich and less than 10 minute drive to railway station and the town centre.
We are OPEN! There are local pubs running take away service at the moment and Suffolk Food Hall is an excellent food retailer, so while you are with us, there is much to do and eat! Light, bright outhouse conversion with private (well behaved!) dog proof garden, private entrance and dedicated off street parking. Ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. This accommodation is in a rural residential area ideal for peace and quiet. Happy to accommodate well behaved dogs.
