"The Shedd" used to be a shed before our architect got a hold of it and turned it into a retreat for writing, reading, and napping. The 800 sq. ft. guesthouse has a bedroom, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, small kitchen, dining nook, sitting area, desk, wifi, and A/C. Even though it's just a 7-minute walk to the village, our place backs up to the wilderness, with great views of Tumwater Mountain and Icicle Ridge. Best of all, The Shedd has many windows, much fresh air, and lots of natural light.
Escape into the woods next to Hansel Creek! 15 minutes from Leavenworth & walking distance to the Alpine Lakes Wilderness trail-head! Sitting right on pristine Hansel Creek this is a historic gem! Beautifully restored from the 1930's, this cabin sits on 150 private acres and is originally part of the Brender Park historical landmark. Enjoy Hansel Creeks beauty and serenity just outside the cabin. After the sun disappears behind the mountains the twinkling stars come out and dance in the sky!
