The guest room has a comfortable queen-sized bed, full bathroom, and 50 inch TV, just 10 minutes from downtown Durham. My neighborhood is very relaxed and there is a great backyard, including a grill and fire pit. It's just a short 20 minute drive to RTP, so it is a great location for those looking to explore downtown or work in RTP.
The downstairs included a common living area, kitchen, and access to a washer/dryer. My dog is a husky, and he is super friendly and loves to meet people!
