CdM Restaurant was founded by two Corona del Mar High School alums, Hollywood producer McG and restaurateur Jordan Otterbein. McG grew up in the arts, has built a career in music, film and television and along the way, has frequented and fallen in love with the Soho House “member’s club” concepts around the globe. Inspired by the concept, he, along with the expertise of Otterbein, set out to create a restaurant with an elevated yet approachable environment that is visually creative and art driven while providing the highest quality of chef-inspired cuisine courtesy of their talented Executive Chef Elvis Morales.
