If you're looking for a quick hike that has multiple trail options to include the kids, or for an intense workout - check out Mt. Helena! The view is awesome from the top, and for most people takes about an hour or less to get to the top.

If there's any rock hound in you, you'll have a blast! Buy a bag of gravel from the mine - and search for your own sapphires! We've found them every time we've gone.

Helena is a down to earth, mountain town. You’re a 10 minute drive from anywhere in the city. Tons of outdoor activities; Canyon Ferry Lake, Great Divide Ski Resort, hiking and mounting biking, fly fishing, and more. But there are great local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping!

Easy walking, but personal vehicle recommended!
Public transportation here is basically non-existent. Be ready with personal transportation - but a ton is within walking distance of this space!

There are multiple parks to take the kiddos! Our favorites are Memorial Park, Centennial Park, and the Cherry Park!
