Great views and a fun beach! Parking might be tough so get there early, ideally before 8am if on a weekend. Parking is usually full by 8am. You're not allowed to launch kayaks or SUPs, etc. from this spot so be mindful of this. It does get crowded but it is beautiful and worth the visit!

Great views and a fun beach! Parking might be tough so get there early, ideally before 8am if on a weekend. Parking is usually full by 8am. You're not allowed to launch kayaks or SUPs, etc. from this spot so be mindful of this. It does get crowded but it is beautiful and worth the visit!
This is a relatively flat hike that allows you to go for as short or long as you want. It connects to Diamond Peak. There are also mountain bikers on this trail so be mindful, but I've never had an issue.

Go check out the truckee downtown. It is SO cute with plenty of amazing restaurants and shopping. It's not far, about 30 mins away.
