Johnson's Beach, Gulf Islands National Seashore

This beach is less than 5 minutes from our homes in the Perdido area and 16 miles from downtown.

This place is so yummy! Don't miss their sautéed crab claws and Oyster's Rockefeller appetizers! So dang good! And the view is magical!

Tried the Fish House this week while in Pensacola and it was DELICIOUS! Tons of seating indoor and out. Great view of the water and Pensacola Bay Bridge. The sautéed crab claws were divine. Their house special Grits a Ya Ya was seriously delicious. I also loved their strawberry salad; tasted like a summer party in your mouth.
Heard this was also the best place for oysters but unfortunately they aren't doing oysters right now. Will have to go back and try them another time.

The Fish House

One of our favorite places to eat down by Perdido! It's not a fancy restaurant but the seafood is fresh and delicious! When the weather is warm they have indoor and outdoor seating. And live music every night!!!! So fun!
