Beaches
Belleair Beach is the closest beach to my home. In exactly 5 miles you will find the famous sugar white sands between your toes. This beach is not nearly as busy as the close by and more popular beaches of Clearwater or Indian Rocks.
Caution: On weekends it may be hard to find parking if you arrive after 10am. Parking is for a fee, meters are available, Credit Cards accepted. This is true for all beaches in Pinellas County.

You will find Clearwater Beach frequently mentioned when talking about the worlds most beautiful beaches and it has received numerous awards and recognitions for its natural beauty.
It is also home to many small bars and restaurants. If you are in the mood for the "catch of the day" fresh seafood or original cocktails Clearwater beach is sure not to disappoint!

Clearwater Beach

You will find Clearwater Beach frequently mentioned when talking about the worlds most beautiful beaches and it has received numerous awards and recognitions for its natural beauty.
It is also home to many small bars and restaurants. If you are in the mood for the "catch of the day" fresh seafood or original cocktails Clearwater beach is sure not to disappoint!
Just north of Clearwater lies the quaint town of Dunedin, home to Honeymoon and Caladesi Island. As one of the few undeveloped natural barrier Islands, Caladesi holds a special place in my heart for so many reasons. This is why I decided to start also hosting an AirBnB Experience - a tour with motorized kayaks to share the incredible riches of beauty, fauna and flora with visitors.
If you don't mind a 2 hr walk each way, you can access Caladesi by walking along the beach from North Clearwater Beach. Otherwise you will need a watercraft to get there. A fairy takes visitors from Honeymoon to Caladesi daily for $14/person/RT after a $8.00 entrance fee to Honeymoon state park.
Caladesi was named "Americas most beautiful beach" several years by Dr. Beach himself !

I love plants! I visit the Botanical Gardens several times a year to see the changing flora. Its a great 1 - 1.5 hr outdoor stroll and you can bring Fido along!
