Tamesis Dock is a bar on a boat. It's very cool, and gets extremely busy during summer. There is a downstairs indoor area for the predictable English weather. Tamesis Dock usually has club nights too.

My local pub, The Rose, is nice and quiet on the weekends. The roast lunch served on Sundays is generous in size and value for money. Oh, and the cocktails and wine selection is pretty decent too.
