North End is area by The Faneuil Hall 3 miles from South Boston. It is packed with fantastic Italian restaurants and bakeries. Can't really go wrong with any of the restaurants. If I have to recommend, try Daily Catch (cash only), Neptune Oyster (long wait so put your name in 2 hours ahead), Florentine Café, and Modern Pastry.

North End
North End is area by The Faneuil Hall 3 miles from South Boston. It is packed with fantastic Italian restaurants and bakeries. Can't really go wrong with any of the restaurants. If I have to recommend, try Daily Catch (cash only), Neptune Oyster (long wait so put your name in 2 hours ahead), Florentine Café, and Modern Pastry.
Cute little place with great food specializes in tacos, raw bar, and tequila. If you want to hangout and get drunk but don't have to worry about how to get home, this is the place. No even 10 minutes walk from my place. Always drink responsively.

An area about 2 miles from my place that packed with restaurants and shop. This is my Sunday brunch go-to area. I recommend the Beehive for live music and shows. Again, there are too many restaurants for me to recommend. Go to Yelp.com and check it out yourself.

Sightseeing
It is a 2.2 miles loop if you like to run. Amazing view of the ocean. The Island is a mile walk from my place. So be sure you are comfortable a 6 mile round trip walk/run or will need take a cab back.

Another shopping and sightseeing area 2.5 miles from my place. Take Red Line either from Andrew Square or Broadway Station will drop you off right there. You can also take the #11 bus or a $5-$8 Uber ride if walking is not your thing.

I honestly have not been there but many guest asked me for a groceries store so I thought I would put this down as it is very close to my place. Other than this one, you can also walk to Stop & Shop on East Broadway. I love Whole Food in South End about 1.5 miles from my place. Uber/Cab or #9 bus will take you there.

Foodie's Markets South Boston
230 W BroadwayI honestly have not been there but many guest asked me for a groceries store so I thought I would put this down as it is very close to my place. Other than this one, you can also walk to Stop & Shop on East Broadway. I love Whole Food in South End about 1.5 miles from my place. Uber/Cab or #9 bus will take you there.

Shop till you drop! Copley and Prudential Center are connected. Then you have Newbury Street and Boylston Street with more shops and restaurants. You can spend a whole day there or you might need more time if you are a serious shopper. Mid-high end shopping. Best way to get there is #9 bus. Bus station is on Broadway a few minutes walk from my place.
