In our opinion, best tacos in Dallas, even though trendy pl. will say Velvet Taco (good but their sides are better than their tacos). Taco Joint has one of the best quesos in town along with a great frozen margarita, which is a goood size. This is a fast, causal style place. You can sit down or take to-go. Not fancy.

Mama Tried is a fun country style live music venue. Brain dead is a local brewery, fun place to hang but not great beer or food. Also all the best murals to take your IG snaps in front of.
