Neighbourhoods
A small town with a long coastal path to walk along the beach. It feels quite unspoiled. The high street has many independent shops and cafes. The church up the hill even has a Crypt(if you like that sort of thing) There is also the Military Canal to meander along. (Boat hire available)

All the shopping you could want. there are plenty of restaurants here too and cheap parking , you can walk in to Ashford, which also has a good selection of shops.

Day out so close by
Toot Toot !! love this trip to Dungeness. A truly magical place in its own weird and wonderful way! Often described as Britains only dessert.

A fabulous place to eat and chill out. its a five minute drive from us but on a lovely day its a nice walk too. 30 minutes along country lanes.
