Villa Placidity is a perfect townhouse for up to six guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The main floor gives you access to our superb dining room, spacious and gourmet kitchen and one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private bathroom. The second floor hosts the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-sized bed with private bathroom and the other bedroom has two twin sized beds with private bathroom. Our rental also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. You will also have your own private pool for exercise and fun in the back of your home, air conditioning and an outdoor security camera as well for added security.

1) Upon arrival at the Resort, enter the code at the main gate or show your ID to security guard.

(2) You do not need to stop at the Club House or at the Front Desk to check in. Go direct to the address of the property and use the Door Code mentioned in the Arrival Info.

(3) Pay special attention to the check-in and check-out times.
Regular check-in = 04:00 PM Regular check-out = 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-outs must be previously authorized. Non authorized delays at check-out procedure will be automatically debited from your credit card or charged through AirBnB, as per the table below:
a) 1 hour delay - fine of 25% of the daily rate
b) 2 hours - fine of 100% of the daily rate
c) More than 2 hours - fine corresponding to 3 daily rates
Note: after 04:00 PM you may check in at any time.

(4) It is IMPORTANT to follow the Resort rules for garbage disposal. When leaving the home, ALL trash must be removed and discarded in the proper dumpsters.
Trash left into the house will have an additional charge of US$75.00

(5) Damages to property or furniture and utensils, as well as bedding, table and bath clothing stained will be automatically debited from your credit card or charged through AirBnB, as per attached table.
