Take a trip off-grid to our luxurious camping experience where you don’t have to leave the comforts of home! Wifi, electricity via solar panels, and organic bedding! Roast food over an open fire, relax under the stars and enjoy the peaceful sounds of our fresh, spring-fed creek. And no packing up a tent or bedding!

Pull through the gate onto a section of the 856 acre farm and get ready for an all new experience! Drive through the cow field and to your day of solitude.
Our 14' Bell Tent may look small from the outside, but step onto the custom platform and unzip the doors and be wowed! A queen sized bed with memory foam topper and all organic bedding will have you feeling pampered! Everything you need to sleep or lounge comfortably are provided- lights, fan, heater, throw blankets... Move the hand crafted wooden chairs outside to cozy up to the fire or stare up at the thousands of stars. Want to roast hot dogs or smores, we've got the sticks; want to grill burgers, we've got the grill for over the fire and the flipper and tongs. Stroll down to the creek and enjoy the soft sandy creek bed. You may even get to watch the cows come down for a drink and a few weird looks your direction (they think we are crazy for sleeping in a tent- when the grass is so soft!) And of course, there is a super cute "outhouse", so no roughing it there. Newly furnished with a Nature's Head compostable toilet with easy to use directions posted on the wall. You are sure to make some memories here and enjoy getting back to nature, but not too much, we need our amenities!

The "neighborhood" consists of my parents house about 1/2 mile up the road, another Airbnb property and my sister's house about 1/4 mile from you that you'll pass before turning into your field. Otherwise, its fields and trees!

Hi my name is Lora Blair!

I’ve been married 25 years to my high school sweetheart, Wade Blair. We have 8 kids and 3 grandbabies! We love the craziness of a big family and can’t seem to slow down! That’s why we farm, homeschool, garden, preserve, and run a couple Airbnb properties. Most of the time it’s just the kids and myself, because my husband’s job is in Missouri. He tries to come home on the weekends and join in on all the fun! You can’t miss him, he’s pretty recognizable!

We milk Jersey cows and Nubian goats, which we sell fresh to local customers and turn some into wonderful, gentle soaps (you’ll find that in your Airbnb) and if there’s milk left we use it to fatten up some pigs. Nothing goes to waste over here. We have laying hens, meat chickens and Runner ducks right now too. I almost forget Falcor and Daisy, our Pyrenees dogs. They are a must to keep everyone safe.

Our retirement goal was to move back closer to home to learn to farm and help my parents stay farming as long as they were able. An opportunity presented itself and we moved down early. I have learned so much from the last 5 years. One, farming is hard! Two, kids are harder! Three, I wouldn’t trade this life for anything and I hope everyone gets to experience the closeness to their family and food as we are getting to! It truly is a blessing to be here, learning and sharing with you all what we do. Our farms are always open to those curious to learn.
