Water front 1740s second oldest on the Granville Ferry. 1000 sq ft loft up/down completely renovated charming with a 8x10 ft deck. Visit one of Annapolis oldest neighbourhoods. Access to the water and on low tides a sandy beach that you can walk. Lily pad is a great place to play cards, laugh and make memories. Please review some reviews, We have minor complaints about the house being close to the road. After all it was built 300 years ago. Consider this prior to booking.

Check out the Fort and gardens in Annapolis Royal. If you’re a bit more adventurous take the day and go whale watching on Digby neck - it’s an experience you’ll never forget. Kejimkujik park is about 45 minutes away and has amazing bike and canoe trails. Be sure to check out the local micro brew and distillery if libations are part of your trip. Above all, unplug and relax to the sound of the river.

In your room you will also see some of my Maude Lewis inspired folk art which I have been painting for over 20 years.

I grew up both on the South Shore - Nova Scotia, Waterloo- Ontario, and Ocala - Florida. I like to backpack. And have been blessed to travel this beautiful world discovering places like: Morocco, Greece, New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, Costa Rica, and much more.

Martha runs the Grand Oak Manor B&B in Granville Ferry and is able to give you tons of advice on the local hot spots - as well, she can answer any questions about the cottage and help you get settled finding everything you need.
