Clean, modern, and cozy space in The Grove entertainment district! Less than 1 mile from Barnes Hospital! Recently renovated, our house is in the vibrant Forest Park Southeast neighborhood of STL. Steps away from a number of restaurants and bars, including the award-winning Urban Chestnut Brewery, the house is also very close to the Central West End, Cortex, The Hill, WashU, SLU, and Forest Park. Centrally located, the house a 15-minute drive or less to just about anywhere in the city.

Our goal is to provide guests with a home away from home, a well-kept space that is clean, comfortable, and amenable to their travel needs. The house is always professionally cleaned between guest stays. It's a great spot for folks looking for a weekend getaway, traveling families, and working professionals.
Lil' Grove Home is located on a quiet, residential street, off of Manchester Avenue, which serves as the main artery of the exciting Grove neighborhood. There are a number of restaurants, bars, and other retail businesses within walking distance, including the Urban Chestnut Brewery, less than a block away. By car, you can get to any part of the city in about 15 minutes or less.
This is a private space--you will have the entire place to yourself. With over 800 square feet, this newly rehabbed house has a living room, kitchen/dining room area, 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The sofa folds out to allow for extra sleeping space if needed.

Included in your stay is access to wifi, central heat and air, off-street parking, and a fenced-in back yard. In addition to the essentials like clean towels and linens, we provide other amenities such as coffee, tea, and snacks, soap, shampoo, hangers, an iron/ironing board, a TV with access to Netflix and Disney +, and much more.
The house offers keyless entry, as it is equipped with an electronic locking system.

Jaime is a former special education teacher and current professor at a Chicago area college. Marie is a systems librarian at a community college. We often travel on our own for professional conferences or together for vacation. We love to stay in Airbnbs when visiting new places. We enjoy seeing the sights and trying the food-- we want to experience new landscapes, cities, and cultures!
