OUR LUXURIOUS VILLA is located 3 KM fromRailway Station and bus stand as well 3 Km away from the core city , National Highway no-8 (Udaipur-Ahmadabad Highway) amidst the serene beauty while having a luxurious stay here providing panoramic view of the Goverdhan Sagar Lake from roof to gives a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. OUR LUXURIOUS VILLA is the place is great for those who would love to be in the peace lively and away from little bit from noisy of the city center.

" LUXURIOUS VILLA " have 7 AC rooms and it is the best budget home Stay in Udaipur with good ambiance and spacious rooms. Its is well-appointed, large and airy rooms offer you rest and comfort after your daily excursions.
The " LUXURIOUS VILLA " provides the perfect home Stay for individuals, couples, small groups or families. The entire villa can accomodate upto 16 guests (06 Double beds fixed beds and 4 extra floor mattress beds as needed). We'll charge separately for additional guests after 12th guests.

Our VILLA is Situated in a quiet, peaceful land eco-friendly environment in this colorful and vibrant city is a contemporary villa located 3 Km away from the core city.
Major Distances: 3 km from the railway station, 3.5 km from the bus stand and 25 km from the airport.
The VILLA situated in bank of Goverdhan Sagar Lake which is 200 meter distance and adjoining to Marvel water park, which adds as another recreation during your holidays.
Major lakes: Lake Pichola is 4.5 Km, and Fateh Sagar Lake is 11 Km away.
Market Areas: The Central Market named Bapu Bazaar is about 4 Km, and downtown old city and the main market Hathipole is 3-5 Km away from and you find many local conveyance to reach and corner of the city.

The neighborhood is the lively heart of Udaipur with its great restaurants, ample shopping alleys and a grand temple. The city palace is next door and the place livens up at night. Our Villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood in the new city, away from the busy tourist locations and yet at a small drive (2-4 km) to all the major attractions of the city that are easily approachable by cab/taxi.
The local amenities like – Bank ATM’s, Grocery stores, Medical shops, Restaurant and Cafe’s, Hospitals and Police station are located within a short distance from our Villa.

Hi, I am Ashok Singhi, Chemical engineer working in field of cement manufacturing. Past 15 years working and visited in many different countries like UAE, Algeria, Pakistan, Turkey, China & Syria, I am working husband married to Dr.Anita Singhi , who is Doctorate in Alternative Medical System and Holistic Medicine , graduated in fine arts and having the hobby of preparing excellent Indian vegetarian food as well participated in Master chef.
We have one daughter , she is doing his Architecture course from Jaipur , Rajasthan. As we are proud of our traditions and values, our entire family loves people and would like to open our home and welcomed you. We are warm and hospitable and love entertaining people. Since we are outgoing and love to meet people from other walks of life and from across the world... to change the affluence of culture, cuisines, experiences and warmth.
