Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, wild life, and two 18 hole disc golf courses.

Like your house, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer and dryer. 145 acres and a mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the main house doesn't fit your needs.
