Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. The apartment is situated at Neorio Beach and the distance from the port of Poros is 2,5km and 10m from the beach. There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units. We provide all the necessary towels and linen.
