A living showcase of the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains. Elevations ranging from 8,000 feet in the wet, grassy valleys to 14,259 feet at the weather-ravaged top of Longs Peak.

It’s the Rocky Mountains! Hundreds of trails, lakes, and incredibly spectacular views and only 45-60 minutes away! Beautiful drive there through the Big Thompson Canyon.

RMNP is one of the most beautiful national parks, boasting wonderful hikes up to some stunning lakes and mountains overlooking the park. Moose and elk are abundant and fun to watch (from your car)

One of the most scenic destinations in Colorado, this National Park bordering on the scenic town of Estes Park, is well worth dedicating a day to! However, you will want to look into reservations well in advance before you can go.

A beautiful scenic drive through the Rockies. Lots of pull off's for sight seeing, don't forget to bring an extra layer, as you go up in altitude it definitely gets a bit chilly!

RMNP is just 2 miles to the west of The Getaway and is a must see and do while in Estes Park. It has the highest paved roads of any national park in the United States, with Trail Ridge Road cresting at 12,183 feet. Be prepared for strong winds and rapid weather changes. Especially Lightening! Open…

Drive up to Estes Park then over the 14,000 ft mountain. No guard rails so not for a faint-of-heart driver. Majestic.

“I selected "Everything Else" because visiting Shambala is a truly amazing experience. The Stupa is a place that just begs for self reflection and silence. The Dalai Lama has personally blessed Shambala with his presence. Something you will not forget.”
