Wonderful museum with ever-changing exhibits featuring contemporary Native American Art. Sometimes political, sometimes haunting, sometimes funny, sometimes just beautiful, we never know what to expect. Just across from the cathedral, also worth checking out, it is really beautiful inside, and also next to a nice little French cafe in the La Fonda, where you can rest your feet and recharge -- a warning: the French cafe doesn't take credit cards.

Because we are on Native American land, and their long & beautiful history is a huge part of what makes Santa Fe what it is. We are so lucky to have such a rich resource and access to Native American culture here in New Mexico that every opportunity to support & learn about it should be taken. Art is a powerful part of that story - check it out here!

This fascinating museum is located just off of the Plaza and hosts the largest collection of contemporary Native American art in the United States.
