Breakfast or brunch? The perfect set up. Waffles are great! Breakfast burritos and omelettes are delicious. Fancy coffees and teas on the menu. Best of all, it’s just a few minutes walk from the beach house, either on Oceanfront or on E Balboa Blvd. They close early. Get there before 1 pm!
