If you love ramen, bold flavors or just trying something new you MUST go to Uncle Ramen. Located in Denver's Highlands neighborhood, Uncle has become a local favorite for elevated comfort food. They open at 5PM each day and don't take reservations so be sure to show up at least 15 minutes early for a spot. Try sitting at the bar if possible and watch the kitchen at work! If you have to wait there are a few great places nearby to grab a drink. Highland Tap next door, Lady Janes and The Well are all great spots to grab a drink and app.
