Located in Hahei - 30 minute drive from Whitianga. Dig your own natural spa pool at the beach - water as hot as 64C (147F) or save your energy and grab someone else’s when they leave:) The best time to visit HWB is 2 hours either side of the low tide. We have a spade and bucket available for you. You’ll need to have some coins or a credit / debit card to pay for nearby parking.

A trip to this area needs to include a short 10 minute drive to Hot Water Beach to experience hot water coming out of the sand! Best time is low tide and take a spade to dig a hole - we have a couple in the garage, please feel free to borrow.
