Great gym and great equipment! This is a very diverse gym so you will see a lot of fitness freaks and then your average joe, so a broad spectrum of customers. They do offer tanning, personal training, babysitting while you workout. It can be over crowded here on certain days and time which is a huge turnoff cause I just want to get in and order it without having to wait forever fever to use a bench. Wouldn't go anywhere else in stl to workout!
