This library is absolutely amazing - a must-see and experience when visiting Fort Myers Beach.

This is brand new 3 level public library where you can check out books, movies, music, and it has a great view of the island. Visit this place. if you need a computer, to use the internet, get something notorized, or fax something. Heck check this place out for the elevator alone!! And iit's FREE ⭐⭐⭐⭐

***As of June 1st, 2023. The library has not reopened since Hurricane Ian.*** A great place to visit. Guests can use the computers and printers. Everything in this eco-friendly library was built with intention. Check out the beautiful elevator, the ceiling tiles and curved book shelves designed to resemble waves. The library uses solar power and reclaimed water. Extensive shell collections and island history on display. Stop in and enjoy.

A really nice library and a great resource for the history of Ft. Myers Beach. You can learn all about sea shells and artifacts on display.
