Our favorite waterfront bar by boat or car. Diane's pick: 2 for 1 rum runners & raw oysters, or yummy Key West salad with fresh grilled scallops & shrimp or any basket like fried shrimp or oysters.

Ok, if you are a restaurant snob, don't go here. The atmosphere has a family-feel to it, even though they've gone to great lengths to make it beachy & fun looking. It even has open french doors that bring in the air & there's a separate sports bar that's great for games & much more low key that other bars in town. BUT I absolutely love their Coconut Shrimp & Sweet Potato Fries when I just want to eat pig out kind of food. MUST GET THE Coconut Curry Dipping sauce, which is pretty much why I come here & get the shrimp & fries. I dip them in the Coconut Curry sauce & my belly smiles.

The Fish House Restaurant on Fort Myers Beach is a classic. Check out the new location right off Old San Carlos Blvd in Time Square. Perfect for fresh Mahi Mahi and Grouper.
