First Night at Chatham is a must attend event on December 31st! The event starts at noon at Chatham Light with the town picture - whether you are visiting or live there - show up as you are a part of experience that day! Vast variety of activities takes place throughout the day from noon through midnight - circus events, performances by artists, wood/ice sculpture carving, contests. Warm up at local coffee shops or restaurants as you attend various evens! Entire town joins the Noise Parade marching to Veteran's Field for fireworks - they take place at 6 pm and midnight! A must attend at least once - however, you will be back after you attend the first time!
